I’m back from a harrowing respiratory infection that lasted the better part of two months.

Ready to jump right into something happy.  So let’s celebrate my daughter.  She just went to her third – and last – prom.

When someone interrupts you while you’re taking a selfie…

Spooky the cat (bottom left of photo) approved the final look.  So off we went…

And so began the exchanging of corsages and things.  And the usual onslaught of photos.  The overcast sky + Lana’s super-whiteness + the bright color of her dress = A GLOW in almost every photo.  Appropriate, as she lights up the room everywhere she goes…

 He likes to touch her nose.  Lots of this going on.

I know, I know.  You can only handle so many prom photos before you just want to punch somebody in the face.

And that’s a wrap on Prom 2015, and ALL high school proms.

I did it…I survived multiple proms.

Thank you, Jesus!

These two kids were gorgeous, they had a blast every time, but after several years of this

I am 100% PROMMED OUT.
